Position: International BDE

-Salary: (Negotiable/ Depends on qualification and experience) -Job Timings: Mon-Fri (11:00 am to 08:00 pm) Sat (09:30am to 06:30pm). - Working Days : Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off) -Roles and Responsibilities for International BDE - Lead Generation for acquiring new clients from various industries in the European Market. - Cold Calling the clients via Skype. - Lead Conversion through Emails and Virtual calls. - Negotiation with clients regarding the terms and getting them empanelled. - Arranging business meetings with prospective clients through Google Meet, Teams, Zoom etc. Clients servicing, feedback from clients. - Coordination between clients and Head regarding vendor agreements. - Expert in working on LinkedIn and other online social media tools. - Should have strong internet research skills and Clear understanding of market research basics. Target Clients are companies in Romania, Croatia, Hungary, Sweden.

Position: Business Development Executive (Domestic)

-Salary: Depends on the interview qualification and experience -Job Timings: 09:30 to 06:30 pm. -Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Sunday Off) -Roles and Responsibilities for Business Development Executive (Domestic) - Understanding Job description of required profile -Calling the candidates Analyzing correct candidate -Profile Counseling and Candidate conversion -Document collection after registration -Conducting training sessions for new joining -Handling social media pages -Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. -Monitor and report on business development activities and performance metrics. -Fresher’s as well as Experienced Candidates having excellent communication skills can apply, must be active learners and confident.
