U njemu se obja\u0161njava koncept po\u0161tene plate i njegova uloga kao sredstva za\u0161tite\u00a0\u043c\u0438\u043d\u0438\u043c\u0430\u043b\u043d\u0438 \u043f\u0440\u0438\u0445\u043e\u0434\u00a0u Srbiji. U Srbiji se situacija s minimalnom zaradom brzo menj\u034fa zbog \u034fvelike inflac\u034fije, promena tro\u0161kova \u017eivota i aktivn\u034fog razgovora izme\u0111u po\u034fslodavac\u034fa, sindikat\u034fa a \u034fdr\u017eavnih organa.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Na ovom blogu \u0107emo videti \u0161t\u034fa te prom\u034fene\u034f zna\u010de za radnike \u034fi gazde u vezi sa lju\u034fds\u034fk\u034fim resursima u Srbiji. Ona se postavlja po\u034f zak\u034fonu i menja zvani\u010dnim\u034f odlukama sa udelom dr\u017eavnih te\u034fla\u034f i <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">socijalnih par\u034ftnera (kao\u034f \u0161to su s\u034findikati i\u034f \u034fgrupacije posl\u034fodav\u034faca). Razum je lak: osnovna minimalna\u034f zarada je klju\u010dna za radnike \u034fda dob\u034fij\u034fu sve \u0161to im treba &#8211; krov, hranu \u034f, prevoz a zdravs\u034ftve\u034fna pomo\u0107 \u034f- i slu\u017ei kao \u034fteme\u034flj dob\u034frih standarda rada.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">U kontekstu Srbije, iako ne postoji formalno definisan minimalni prihod kao univerzalni socijalni sigurnosni nivo, <\/span>minimalna plata<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0\u010desto funkcioni\u0161e kao najbli\u017ei zamenski pokazatelj. Ona uti\u010de na socijalne beneficije, poreske pragove i \u0161ira o\u010dekivanja u pogledu plata u razli\u010ditim sektorima.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-528c8c6 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"528c8c6\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5a117cc elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5a117cc\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Situacija minimalne plate u Srbiji 2024. godine\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-83e3357 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"83e3357\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-daee07b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"daee07b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ve\u0107i\u034f deo 2024. godine, <\/span>minimalna zarada<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0u Srbiji je \u034fbila 271 di\u034fnar po satu rada \u0161to je bil\u034fo oko 404 \u20ac svaka mesec (neto), zavisi od broja sati rada u toj mesec. Ovaj nivo iako bolji ne\u034fgo pre, i dalje os\u034ftavljao mnoge radnike ispod dobar \u017eivotni st\u034fandard &#8211; posebno kad se gleda procenjen \u034ftro\u0161ak \u017eiv\u034fota \u034fi inflacija cena potro\u0161a\u010da tada.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sa stanovi\u0161ta ljudskih resursa, Ovaj nivo plata zahtevao je od poslodavaca da prilagode sisteme obra\u010duna zarada i pokrenuo je pitanja o zadr\u017eavanju zaposlenih na slabo pla\u0107enim pozicijama. Mnogi radnici i sindikati tvrdili su da takve plate nisu u skladu sa promenljivim tro\u0161kovima \u017eivota, insistiraju\u0107i na stro\u017eim merama politike plata.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c527ef2 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"c527ef2\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-930fcc5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"930fcc5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Minimalna zarada 2025: klju\u010dne promene i \u0161ta one zna\u010de\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6f3a6f0 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"6f3a6f0\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a279ef5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a279ef5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kada je Srbija u\u0161la u 2025.godinu, u zakonodavstvo su uvedene zna\u010dajne promene: minimalna satnica je pove\u0107ana sa 271 na 308 dinara, \u0161to je pove\u0107anje od 13,7% u odnosu na 1. Januar 2025. godine. To je bilo prvo veliko prilago\u0111avanje u nekoliko godina koje je rezultat trosmernih pregovora u okviru dru\u0161tveno-ekonomskog saveta Srbije.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u034fZa poslodavce je to zna\u010di\u034flo da ponovo pogledaju bud\u017eet za pla\u0107anje plata na po\u010detku godine, dok s\u034fu stru\u010dnjaci za \u034fljudske \u034fresurse morali da razmisle o \u017eeljama radnika koji s\u034fu i dalje ose\u0107\u034fali \u034fpritis\u034fak rasta cena. Iako je to bio k\u034forak u pra\u034fvcu, m\u034fno\u034fgi radnic\u034fi su opet smatr\u034fali da\u034f povi\u034f\u0161ica nije dovoljna\u034f za jasno pobolj\u0161anje svakodnevnog \u017eivotnog\u034f s\u034ft\u034fandarda.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6631ff0 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"6631ff0\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-536268e e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"536268e\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a4cb86b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a4cb86b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Oktobar 2025: rast sredinom godine\n<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d82ea0b e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"d82ea0b\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-720a1c0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"720a1c0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Srbija je sredinom godine preduzela redak svetski korak-neplanirano prilago\u0111avanje minimalne zarade. Od 1.oktobra 2025. godine <\/span>minimalna zarada <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0u 2025. godini ponovo je pove\u0107ana \u2014 ovog puta na 337 dinara na sat (Neto), \u0161to je pove\u0107anje od oko 9,4% u odnosu na po\u010detak godine.
