V Sloveniji za\u0161\u010dita starej\u0161ih delavcev po novi zakonodaji odra\u017ea \u0161ir\u0161a prizadevanja za zagotovitev pravi\u010dne obravnave, varnosti zaposlitve in trajnostnih delovnih pogojev za starej\u0161e zaposlene. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Za strokovnjake s podro\u010dja \u010dlove\u0161kih virov je razumevanje pravnega okvira, ki ureja starej\u0161e delavce, bistvenega pomena \u2013 ne le za skladnost s predpisi, temve\u010d tudi za gradnjo vklju\u010dujo\u010dih in produktivnih delovnih mest.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Leta 2026 je \u034fSlovenija naredila velike spremembe v Za\u034fkonu o \u034fdelov\u034fni\u034fh razmerjih (\u034fZDR-1) za pomo\u010d sta\u034frej\u0161im delavcem. Te nove stvari so tu, da podprejo ljudi,\u034f ki so blizu konca svojih delovni\u034fh let in ola\u034fj\u0161ajo prehod iz\u034f dela v pokoj.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Glavni namen tega zakona je izbolj\u0161ati delovne p\u034fogoje in finan\u010dno varnost starej\u0161ih delavcev. Osredoto\u010di se na zmanj\u0161anje pritiska na de\u034flovnem mestu, ohranitev s\u034ftabilne r\u034favni dohodkov in za\u0161\u010dito pok\u034fojninskih prejemkov.<\/span><\/p><h2 style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Klju\u010dna podro\u010dja osredoto\u010denosti vklju\u010dujejo:<\/strong><\/h2><ul><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zmanj\u0161anje pritiska na delo z omogo\u010danjem fleksibilnega ali skraj\u0161anega delovnega \u010dasa<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zagotavljanje finan\u010dne stabilnosti z delno za\u0161\u010dito pla\u010d<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Za\u0161\u010dita pokojninskih pravic z ohranjanjem polnega izra\u010duna prispevkov<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eden najpomembnej\u0161ih poudarkov te zakonodaje je uvedba fleksibilnega prehodnega sistema, ki zaposlenim omogo\u010da postopen prehod iz dela s polnim delovnim \u010dasom v upokojitev, ne da bi to negativno vplivalo na njihov dohodek ali prihodnje pokojninske prejemke.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c4af1e6 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"c4af1e6\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e35733f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"e35733f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Razumevanje koncepta \"Starej\u0161i delavec\"\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0fad709 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"0fad709\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-97ceaec elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"97ceaec\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Izraz starej\u0161i delavec v slovenski delovni zakonodaji se obi\u010dajno nana\u0161a na zaposlene, stare 55 let in ve\u010d. Vendar pa se nekatere za\u0161\u010dite in politi\u010dni vidiki za\u010dnejo obravnavati \u017ee prej, zlasti v okviru pobud, namenjenih za\u0161\u010diti delavcev po 50 letih.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Z vidika na\u010drtovanja delovne sile je klju\u010dnega pomena prepoznavanje, kdaj zaposleni preide v kategorijo starej\u0161ih delavcev. Pokojn\u034finski pri\u034fspevki se obra\u010dunavaj\u034fo \u0161e vedno n\u034fa\u034f 100 %, kar pomeni polni \u010das. Ta sistem\u034f pom\u034faga zmanj\u0161ati telesno in du\u0161evno o\u034fbremenitev ter nudi skor\u034faj celotni\u034f zaslu\u017eek in \u0161\u010diti prihodnje p\u034fokojninske prejemk\u034fe pri \u010demer olaj\u0161a prehod v upokojite\u034fv brez \u034ffinan\u010dne skrbnosti.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div
