Pre mnoh\u00fdch predstavuje flexibilitu a r\u00fdchle splnenie \u00faloh. Prin\u00e1\u0161a v\u0161ak aj zna\u010dn\u00e9 nev\u00fdhody, najm\u00e4 v s\u00favislosti s pr\u00e1vnou ochranou, nemocensk\u00fdm, d\u00f4chodkov\u00fdm a zdravotn\u00fdm poisten\u00edm a dlhodobou zamestnate\u013enos\u0165ou. Tento \u010dl\u00e1nok objekt\u00edvne zhrnie nev\u00fdhody, pr\u00e1vne d\u00f4sledky a poskytne praktick\u00e9 rady, ako minimalizova\u0165 rizik\u00e1 zmluvy o vykonan\u00ed pr\u00e1ce. Dohoda o pracovnej \u010dinnosti (DP\u010c) je vhodnej\u0161ia pre pravidelnej\u0161iu pr\u00e1cu s ni\u017e\u0161\u00edm rozsahom (napr. dohodnut\u00fd po\u010det hod\u00edn mesa\u010dne).
