munca<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0este o problem care preocup tot mai mult n companiile moderne, indiferent de domeniul n care activeaz sau de mrimea lor. Este vorba despre orice comportament, atitudine sau aciune nedorit care lezeaz demnitatea unui angajat, care i creeaz un mediu de lucru intimidant sau care i provoac suferin.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La locurile de munc de azi,<b>Hartuirea la locul de munca<\/b> poate fi sub diferite forme precum intimidarea, hruirea social sau discriminarea. Uneori se ascunde n mod deschis prin insulte sau abuz verbal, iar alteori este subtil &#8211; ca excluderea din cercul social, ngreunarea disproporionat a muncii sau rspndirea unor minciuni despre cineva.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Din p\u0103cate, mul\u021bi angaja\u021bi ignor\u0103 sau tolereaz\u0103 un astfel de comportament de teama de a-\u0219i pierde locul de munc\u0103 sau de a fi judeca\u021bi de colegi. Totui, hruirea verbal la locul de munc s-a dovedit a avea un impact sever i asupra victimei directe, dar i asupra productivitii angajailor, reputaiei i a culturii organizaionale a angajatorului. Angajaii care sunt hruii n mod repetat suport, de obicei, stres, anxietate, epuizare profesional i scderea motivaiei, ceea ce duce la performane sczute i la un nivel ridicat al fluctuaiei de personal.<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sigurana la locul de munc nu este doar despre a nu fi rnit fizic ci i despre a te simi bine din punct de vedere emoional i psihologic. Odat ce au fost identificate diferitele tipuri de abuz i aceasta fiind tratat la timp, att angajaii ct i angajatorii pot contribui la amenajarea unui loc de munc mai sigur, mai sntos i mai respectuos<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dd4a56a e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"dd4a56a\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-939ece5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"939ece5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. Ce este Legea H\u0103r\u021buirii la Locul de Munc\u0103 Conform rom\u00e2nului\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element comportament nedorit (care poate fi verbal, non-verbal sau fizic) i care fie i calc demnitatea, fie te face s te simi ntr-un loc intimidant, ostil, degradant sau ofensator.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Orice aciune pe baz de ras, culoare, sex, religie, vrst, naionalitate, handicap sau orice alt caracteristic protejat i care duce la crearea unui mediu ostil sau ofensator la locul de munc include discriminarea la locul de munc, hruirea la locul de munc i hruirea verbal.Aceste comportamente duc la suferin\u021b\u0103 psihologic\u0103 \u0219i pierderea satisfac\u021biei profesionale \u0219i a productivit\u0103\u021bii.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se aplic\u0103 tuturor angaja\u021bilor &#8211; indiferent de rolul, vechimea sau tipul de contract al acestora.<\/span><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f878a4d elementor-icon-list--layout-traditional elementor-list-item-link-full_width elementor-widget elementor-widget-icon-list\" data-id=\"f878a4d\" class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">Codul Muncii \u2013 garanteaz\u0103 dreptul la demnitate, siguran\u021b\u0103 \u0219i tratament echitabil la locul de munc\u0103.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<li class=\"elementor-icon-list-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a interzice h\u0103r\u021buirea la locul de munc\u0103 ca o form\u0103 de discriminare.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9553134 202\/2002:\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"desc\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tH\u0103r\u021buirea la locul de munca este definit drept un comportament care aduce unul sau mai muli angajai la stadiul de umilire, intimidare sau ofens, mai ales cnd este vorba de o hruire pe baz de gen sau alte caracteristici personale.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"item item-line \">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<i class=\"fas fa-check\"><\/i>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"info\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"title\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tArticolul 5 din Codul Muncii al Romniei:\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"desc\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tPrevede c orice discriminare sau hruire la locul de munc este ilegal i cu alte cuvinte, fiecare angajat are dreptul s fie tratat cu respect i demnitate la locul de munc.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element Guvern nr. 970\/2023:\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"desc\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tDin data de 17 octombrie 2023, aceast Directiv va obliga angajatorii s adopte i s pun n aplicare o serie de msuri destinate s combat hruirea sexual i hruirea bazat pe sex sau pe alte criterii de gen la locul de munc. Acetia vor avea obligaia s stabileasc o serie de practici organizaionale, s instruiasc personalul i s dea mpreun cu acesta ndrumri cu privire la modul i locul de comunicare a acestei experiene i a aciunilor ntreprinse mpotriva acesteia.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"item item-line \">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<i class=\"fas fa-check\"><\/i>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"info\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"title\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tTermen limit\u0103 de implementare:\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"desc\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAceste reglement\u0103ri au fost implementate cu a\u0219teptarea ca firmele s\u0103 se conformeze \u00een termen de doar \u0219ase luni; termenul limit\u0103 de conformitate este 17 aprilie 2024. Nerespectarea cerin\u021belor legale stabilite expune compania la implica\u021bii juridice \u0219i \u00eei d\u0103uneaz\u0103 reputa\u021biei.\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div
