Angajatorii pot solicita ore suplimentare doar \u00een anumite situa\u021bii:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sarcini urgente: Un volum de munc\u0103 nea\u0219teptat sau termene limit\u0103 care necesit\u0103 mai mult timp.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Circumstan\u021be de urgen\u021b\u0103: Situa\u021bii care necesit\u0103 interven\u021bia imediat\u0103 a angaja\u021bilor.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O crestere neasteptata a activitatii comerciale: Spre exemplu in perioadele de varf. Trebuie subliniat ca orele suplimentare nu trebuie sa devina o practica uzuala intrucat acest lucru poate genera abateri legale sau riscul suprasolicitarii angajatilor.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-aeb5bed e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"aeb5bed\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fe1eed4 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fe1eed4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong> Codul Muncii Ore Suplimentare Weekend:<\/strong><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Regula general\u0103 a <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Codul Muncii Ore Suplimentare Weekend <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sunt urm\u0103toarele<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Potrivit Codului Muncii, angajaii au dreptul la un numr maxim de ore suplimentare ce pot fi efectuate:<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">48 de ore\/sptmn: Un angajat nu are voie s depeasc 48 de ore de lucru pe sptmn, iar n acest total sunt cuprinse att orele de munc efectuate conform programului, ct i cele suplimentare.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">400 de ore\/4 luni: n decurs de 4 luni, un angajat nu poate efectua mai mult de 400 de ore suplimentare. Acesta este modul n care <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Codul muncii plata orelor suplimentare <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">prevede plata orelor suplimentare, ceea ce nseamn c angajaii trebuie s primeasc cel puin 1,75 de ori salariul pe or normal pentru fiecare or suplimentar.. De exemplu, dac\u0103 tariful orar normal al unui angajat este de 10 RON, tariful pentru orele suplimentare va fi:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">10 RON \u00d7 1,75 = 17,5 RON pe or\u0103 Ore suplimentare codul muncii<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-671f230 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"671f230\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-8f32891 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"8f32891\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong> Alternative la compensa\u021bia financiar\u0103<\/strong><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cen loc s\u0103 primeasc\u0103 o compensa\u021bie monetar\u0103 Ore suplimentare codul muncii, angaja\u021bii pot opta pentru timp liber pl\u0103tit . beneficia de o mai mare flexibilitate, dac aleg s-i ia timpul liber n loc s fie pltii
