Minimalni oatkazni rokovi su sljede\u0107i:<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6e00a06 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6e00a06\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 tjedna \u2013 ako je radni odnos neprekidno trajao kra\u0107e od 1 godine (iznimno, tijekom probnog rada, koji mo\u017ee trajati do 6 mjeseci, oatkazni rok je najmanje 7 dana).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 mjesec \u2013 ako je radni odnos neprekidno trajao 1 godinu.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1 mjesec i 2 tjedna \u2013 ako je radni odnos neprekidno trajao 2 godine.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 mjeseca \u2013 ako je radni odnos neprekidno trajao 5 godina.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2 mjeseca i 2 tjedna \u2013 ako je radni odnos neprekidno trajao 10 godina.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3 mjeseca \u2013 ako je radni odnos neprekidno trajao 20 godina.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b45ca88 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b45ca88\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ako je zaposlenik navr\u0161io 50 godina, oatkazni rok se produ\u017euje za dodatna 2 tjedna, a ako je zaposlenik navr\u0161io 55 godina, produ\u017euje se za 1 mjesec.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-aa7b5b5 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"aa7b5b5\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-08b4927 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"08b4927\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Klju\u010dni elementi zakon o radu otkazni rok ako radnik daje otkaz<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bfddb4f e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"bfddb4f\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ef8e850 elementor-widget elementor-widget-gimont_elementor_icon_box\" data-id=\"ef8e850\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"gimont_elementor_icon_box.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t<div class=\"ova-icon-box template_2\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"icon\">\n\t\t\t\t<i aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"ovaicon ovaicon-document\"><\/i>\t\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\t<div class=\"info\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"sub-title\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\tDuljina otkaznog roka: \t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"title\"><\/h3>\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"desc\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\tDuljina otkaznog roka u velikoj mjeri ovisi o va\u017ee\u0107em ugovoru o radu i kolektivnom ugovoru. Hrvatsko radno pravo op\u0107enito propisuje otkazni roak koji se kre\u0107e od dva tjedna do tri mjeseca, ovisno o duljini zaposlenja radnika. Za radnike s manje od godinu dana radnog sta\u017ea, otkazni rok obi\u010dno iznosi dva tjedna. Za radnike koji su radili vi\u0161e od godinu dana, otkazni rok se produ\u017eava i obi\u010dno iznosi m\u1ed9t mjesec. Za vi\u0161e polo\u017eaje ili dugoro\u010dne zaposlenike mo\u017ee biti potreban otkazni roak od \u010dak tri mjeseca.
