Uklju\u010duje organizacijska kultura, radno okru\u017eenje, razvojne mogu\u0107nosti, kao i nagrade za zaposlenike. Na primjer, tvrtke poput Rimac Automobila i Infobipa u Hrvatskoj nisu poznate samo po proizvodima koje nude, ve\u0107 se tako\u0111er fokusiraju na razvoj zdravog korporativnog okru\u017eenja. Korak brendiranja poslodavca pojavljuje se kao klju\u010d koji odre\u0111uje kako \u0107e potencijalni kandidati gledati na te tvrtke i razmatrati rad u njima kao priliku za posao iz snova.\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u010cak i kada koristite jednostavne fraze poput nudim posao, tako\u0111e govorite ljudima ne\u0161to o sebi i svojoj tvrtki. Na temelju najnovijih informacija, stopa nezaposlenosti u Hrvatskoj je u 2023. godini dosegla 6,3 posto, \u0161to je zabilje\u017eilo najni\u017eu stopu. \u010cak postoje otvoreni natje\u010daji za posao u dana\u0161nje vrijeme, a manje ljudi aktivno tra\u017ei posao, stoga se poslodavci moraju suo\u010diti s situacijom u kojoj se natje\u010du za talente.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kako bi se suo\u010dili s tim izazovom, potrebno je brandiranje poslodavaca. Istra\u017eivanja otkrivaju da vi\u0161e od tri \u010detvrtine populacije hrvatskih tra\u017eitelja poslova istra\u017euje reputaciju poslodavaca i korporativnu klimu prije nego \u0161to se prijave. Organizacije s u\u010dinkovitom markom poslodavca do\u017eivljavaju do 28% smanjenje stope odljeva zaposlenika. U slu\u010daju Hrvatske, poslodavci se trebaju usredoto\u010diti na najbolje na\u010dine osiguravanja produktivnosti zaposlenika s obzirom na to da \u0107e konkurencija za klju\u010dne talente vjerojatno intenzivirati. Otkriveno je da dolazi do 21% porasta produktivnosti kada su zaposlenici anga\u017eirani.
