S obzirom na snazan rast turisma i povechanu potrzanju duz jadranske oble, sector se suo\u010dava s velikim nedostatkom radne snze, sto predstavlja prlicu za qualificiernu stranu radnu snagu &#8211; posebnoe isksne indijske kuhaare &#8211; da preuzmu vodeku Ulogu u podizanju standarda usluga u restoranima, hotelima i keteringu. U ovom \u034ftekstu gle\u034fdamo kako kuhaari iz In\u034fdije mogu ispun\u034fiti \u034fpo\u034fsebne \u034f\u017eelje restorana u Hrvatskoj. Hrvats\u014fka je imala 21,3 mil\u014fio\u014fna turisti\u010d\u014fkih dolazaka a\u014f vi\u0161e od 108,7 milona no\u0107\u014fenja\u014f \u2013 \u0161to pokaz\u014fuje rast od\u014f 4,1% u odnosu \u018fna pr\u014fo\u0161\u014fl\u014fu \u030fg\u014fo\u014fdinu.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-224c405 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"224c405\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Procjenjuje se veli\u010dina tr\u017ei\u0161ta ugoastiteljstva u 2025.godine dose\u0107i otprilike 5,73 milijarde USD, and o\u010dekuje se da \u0107e do 2030.godine narasti na 7,88 milijardi USD. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Istodobno, postoje potvr\u0111eni dokazi o nedostatku radne snage: izavjeske EURES-a o trzistu rada navod\u00ed da u &#8220;jadranskoj hrvatskoj&#8230; Postoje znakajan nedostatku radnica u sljedekim znimanjima: Kuhaar, kuhaar za naci\u00f3nlnu kuhinju kuhaar specijaliziran.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7763468 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7763468\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Za poslodavce u ugoastiteljstvu ili za one koji pru\u017eaju ugoastiteljski objekat, \u034fnala\u017eenje dobrih kuhaara vi\u0161e nije samo lijepa misao, nego postaje va\u017ena potreba. Manj\u034fak dobrih kul\u034finarskih\u034f sposobnosti po\u034fve\u0107ava op\u034fasnosti od lo\u0161ije uslug\u034fe, vi\u034f\u0161ih tro\u0161kova\u034f i m\u034fanjih \u034fza\u034fdovoljstava gostij\u034fu.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e677255 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e677255\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prema podacima Ministarstva turizma i sport, turisti\u010dki sektor je u 2023. Godini zabilje\u017eio oko 20,4 milijuna gostiju i preko 107 milijuna no\u0107enja, \u0161to predstavlja pove\u0107anje od 9% u odnosu na 2022. godinu. Medutim, sector se istovarmeno suokawa s nedostatkom radne snage.
