Drugi odga\u0111aju, zaboravljaju ili jednostavno ne znaju gdje po\u010deti.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ako ste vi \u2014 ili va\u0161 HR tim \u2014 ikad bili u toj drugoj skupini, ovaj vodi\u010d je za vas.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Minimalna pla\u0107a nije samo broj u Narodnim novinama. To je zakonska obveza, financijska varijabla i signal o smjeru kretanja tr\u017ei\u0161ta rada. Hrvatska prati ove smjernice i njima je djelomi\u010dno uvjetovano dosada\u0161nje brzo pove\u0107anje.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c73ba08 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c73ba08\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>Va\u017eno za poslodavce:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Minimalna plai\u0107a je isklju\u010divo bruto iznos. Ne uklju\u010duje dodatke za prekovremeni rad, no\u0107ni rad, rad nedjeljom, blagdanima ni u ote\u017eanim uvjetima \u2014 ti se dodaci obra\u010dunavaju zasebno prema Zakonu o radu ili kolektivnom ugovoru.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-985887d e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"985887d\" data-element_type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-32f2d0e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"32f2d0e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Minimalna Pla\u0107a 2024 \u2192 2025 \u2192 2026: Tri Godine, Jedan Jasan Trend<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-084bb15 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"084bb15\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pogledajmo konkretne brojeve.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Minimalna plai\u0107a 2024. Iznosila je 840 eura gross, \u0161to je tada bilo pove\u0107anje od 12% u odnosu na 2023. Godinu. U 2025. Minimalna plai\u0107a porasla je na 970 eura, s rastom od 15,forty-eight% \u2014 jedan od najve\u0107ih godi\u0161njih skokova u posljednjem desetlje\u0107u. Od 1. Sijechanja 2026. Iznos je 1.050 euro, \u0161to je povechanje od eight,25% u odnosu n prethodnu godinu.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Minimalna plata 2025 je d\u034fonela novo \u034fpove\u0107anje koje je dodatno opteretilo bud\u034f\u017e\u034fete poslodavaca. Gledano od 2016. do 2026., nominalni rast iznosi 153,6%, a realni 82,3%. Minimalna plai\u0107a 2024 otvorila je novo poglavlje s iznosom od 840 eura bruto, postavljaju\u0107i temelje za ubrzani rast. Godinu kasnije, minimalna pla\u0107a 2025 podigla je ljestvicu na 970 eura, ostavljaju\u0107i mnoge tvrtke u \u017eurnoj prilagodbi ugovora i obra\u010duna. No upravo minimalna pla\u0107a 2026 donosi najzna\u010dajniji trenutak \u2014 s iznosom od 1.050 eura bruto, Hrvatska po prvi put prelazi psiholo\u0161ku granicu \u010detveroznamenkastog iznosa u eurima. To nije slu\u010dajnost. To je rezultat sustavne politike uskla\u0111ivanja s europskim standardima, poja\u010danog pritiska sindikata i obveza prema EU Direktivi 2022\/2041.
